D-Day Invasion Day
It took place on June 6, 1994, Sixty-one years ago, when 225 U.S. Army Rangers attempted one of the most difficult and dangerous missions on D-Day. The allied forces landed on the French Coast for invasion of Normandy during world war two and the places throughout Normandy, France and the globe. It was the largest operation in history in which 5000 ships participated.
